Zucchini Muffins

Looking at this recipe, with new eyes, I am cracking up. Does everyone have thier own secret code when writing down a recipe and it's variations? This one needs a good translator. So here I go....

this recipe makes 18 regular size muffins
234 calories if following the red inked changes
oil, milk, applesauce combo needs to equal a total of 1 cup liquid- any combination
2 c shredded zucchini (can you imagine chunks in you muffin? Ewww)
2 c whole wheat flour plus 1 cup white flour, again, total needs to be 3 cups
a loaf bakes for 60 minutes

I topped them with cream cheese frosting straight out of the can. I used to make homemade in my cake decorating days, but have gotten lazy in my old age. And so far, my kids haven't sued me for feeding them store bought frosting.
