No Onion Salsa

2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
6 T lime juice
4 T vinegar
1 or 2 jalapenos, chopped without seeds
1 c cilantro
2 t cumin
1 t salt
2 (14 oz.) cans diced tomatoes, drained
8 Roma tomatoes, chopped up a bit

Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend well. Add canned tomatoes and chunked Roma's. Blend until you reach preferred chunkiness.

Eat fresh. Yum.

Freeze leftovers in ice cube trays and use in my guacamole recipe.
