The Sun rises on the Nile River!
And our crops are growing!
We are still studying Ancient Egypt,
home to hieroglyphics (rather difficult for a 7 and 9 year old to master)
and Sumer,
the creators of cuneiform (slightly less difficult and thus our choice of ancient writing).
Can you translate what Mitchell and Megan carved?

It all brings me back to making volcanos in the kitchen and all that fun stuff. :-) I bet they love it.
